mstep reviewed local and regional sustainability and environmental performance requirements in the context of hospitality, tourism and heritage and provided design advice informing the overall masterplan aiming and water and CO2 neutrality for this sustainable masterplan. 

​

We delivered MEP, environmental engineering and sustainability advice for the master planning stage this 200,000m2 development comprising 1,000 residential units, two hotels, 350 branded residences and a conference centre.

​

The development of Slovenska Plaza is an opportunity to position this fantastic site in Budva as a holiday destination of choice for high-end sustainable tourism.
